How we work

One supply chain file, every questionnaire out of it: from official text to understandable answer

Five steps from a security questionnaire in your mailbox to a submitted answer with your customer.

  1. You receive a questionnaire

A customer or an insurer sends a security questionnaire. It may concern access control, backups, incidents or who is responsible for IT at your organization. You upload the list as you received it, in the format it came in.

  2. The system recognizes the questions

The system reads the questionnaire and recognizes which questions it contains. This happens automatically, without anyone from our team reviewing the list.

  3. Answers come from your file

For each recognized question, the system searches for the answer in your supply chain file: the data you recorded earlier. If there is no source for an answer, that question remains open. An answer is never invented.

  4. You confirm each answer

You see the suggested answer for each question and its source. You click yes or no. This way, control remains with you, not with the system.

  5. You submit yourself

You submit the completed answer yourself to your customer's or insurer's portal. We never log in there and we never submit anything on your behalf.

What does not happen

We do not read your questionnaire, we do not assess your security and we do not pass judgment on what you submit. There is no certificate and no score from us.

What you submit is and remains your own answer. We provide the file and the convenience; the content and the responsibility remain with you.

Supplia helps SMEs by making reliable information available. But how do we ensure that information is correct and remains correct? This goes far beyond writing once and calling it done.

At Supplia, we work with a single chain file. This means that every information source we use – for example, a legal regulation, a government guideline, or an official format – is registered centrally. This way we know exactly where a piece of information comes from and can fall back on that source when something changes or is disputed. Writing once generates multiple questionnaires and articles from that same file. This not only saves time; it ensures consistency.

Our editorial team always starts with the official source. We read regulations, circulars and guidelines in full. Next, we rewrite this in clear Dutch, without jargon but also without leaving out anything that matters. We check every statement against the original. Only then are articles published.

But we don't stop after publication. We regularly scan our sources again. Does the law change? Then that is immediately apparent and we can adapt our content. We do this continuously, so you always work with current information.

This system only works if we take it seriously. That is why we have chosen a single chain file: transparency and traceability. You can always see which source stands behind information. And for us this applies: nothing published without that link. That makes Supplia reliable and gives SMEs certainty in their business.
