Here you can read what we record from your security questionnaires and how you can have it deleted. What is not stated here can be found in the privacy statement.
What is recorded
We record the data that you yourself enter in your supply chain file, and the answers that you confirm on a questionnaire. The questionnaire itself and your customer's portal remain outside our system: we never log in there.
Who reads the list
No one at our organisation reads your questionnaire. The recognition of questions and the completion of answers happens automatically, without human review on our part.
How long and how stored
Your data is retained as long as your file is active, so that you can reuse it each time for the next questionnaire. You can ask us how the storage is organised in detail; we do not mention here any deadline that we have not established.
Download and delete
You can download your file at any time and you can request it to be deleted. What you share with your customer's portal, you submit yourself and then falls under the rules of that portal.
